LOGO DESIGN: Cat Haven
As part of my university degree, I was tasked with undertaking a re-brand of Cat Haven, Perth’s largest and most established Cat Shelter and Welfare organization. They are very-well regarded in the community, and I felt it was only fitting to do a modern take on their logo.
Pictured above are some of my initial logo development sketches where I visually explored ways of modernising and updating Cat Haven’s logo. As part of the brief, I was not only required to supply a new logo, I also needed to provide updated branding guidelines and vector icons for the brand/organisation to use.
Above is an excerpt of the branding guidelines I created for Cat Haven, including specifications on logo use and applications. Overall, this was a very rewarding project to work on, and afterwards I ended up sending this new branding to Cat Haven in case they were interested in my Graphic Design services on a volunteer-basis.
