Logo Design: Boost Juice
Although a very popular and well-known brand in the minds of many young Australians, as part of an assignment for a unit entitled ‘Symbols and Branding’ as a part of my Diploma of Graphic Design, I chose to undertake a brand refresh of Boost Juice’s logo and branding.
The idea was simple: identify what worked and what didn’t with the current branding. I found the colours to be the most iconic part, however what I felt could be improved was the movement in the word ‘Boost’. Having previously worked at Boost Juice myself for over a year, I already had a strong understanding of the brand’s mission and core objective: to leave each person who visits a Boost Juice feeling just that little bit better - with a smile on their face.
Overall, this project pushed me well out of my comfort zone, and assisted me in thinking in different ways about popular brands.
